A BRIEF HISTORY OF GLENN GUTNAYER CUSTOM HOMES

Glenn Gutnayer grew up in the family business of custom home building. For over 10 years he was mentored by his father, Josef Marion Gutnayer, a widely respected architect and luxury home builder, who was a draftsman for the world renowned architect Le Corbusier.

Glenn Gutnayer's training in construction and architecture led him to opening his own home building, general contracting and remodeling business in 1994.

Since then Glenn Gutnayer Custom Homes has won numerous awards for quality of construction and architectural design. Our work has been featured on television as well as in local and national magazines, with recent projects in Glencoe, Winnetka, Wilmette and Highland Park and other North Shore communities.
